A super simple vegan smoothie bowl to kick off your week. Perfect morning breakfast for your kids! An amazing recipe idea and photo via @happyrapini
Today's smoothie features:
1 scoop AURA™ Plant Based Vanilla Protein
1.5 C frozen raspberries
1 large date
1 C plant-based milk (or full-fat coconut milk)
Fresh blueberries and sliced peaches (topping)
Blend it up, top with fruit! Add a little granola for extra crunch!
