If you’re looking to keep your carbs low and protein on point, this is the smoothie for you!
What you need for today's Keto Green Protein Smoothie recipe:
1 scoop AURA Plant Based Protein Vanilla or Unflavoured
2/3 C organic spinach
1/2 medium avocado
1 scoop AURA Energy MCT powder
1 TSP pure vanilla extract
1/2 TSP matcha powder
1/2 C almond or coconut milk (unsweetened) or 1/4 cup heavy cream
water (you may choose your amount depending on your smoothie thickness preference)
4 – 8 ice cubes
