Super simple, and incredibly nutritious! Spinach hummus? YES PLEASE! Recipe below.
Energy Green Bowl with Spinach Hummus Ingredients:
1 1/2 C of chickpeas
1/2 C aquafaba
2 TBS of tahini
Juice of one lemon
1 – 2 cloves of garlic
1 TBSP of olive oil
1/4 TSP of cumin
1/8 TSP of black pepper
3/8 TSP of pink himalayan salt
2 large handfuls of spinach
How to make:
Combine all ingredients into a food processor and blend well. Place hummus onto serving bowl and garnish with hemp seeds. Serve with veggies or crackers of choice and enjoy! Also great on toast, sandwiches, and salads! Enjoy!
