PB & J Smoothie Bowl Recipe - AURA Nutrition

Today's smoothie features:

2 C frozen raspberries
1 C of ice
1 TBSP Lucuma Powder
1 TBSP Maca Powder
1 TBSP Beet Powder
1/4 C plant milk


  1. Blend on low and scrape down the sides so it all combines smooth and thick!
Pro tip: Blend fruit and liquid first and then add the powders once it's smoothy smooth.
