Salted Caramel Banana Oats & Elevated Coffee Recipe - AURA Nutrition

What you need for today's Salted Caramel Banana Oats Bowl:


1 C of rolled oats⠀
2 C of water
pinch of salt
splash of maple syrup
half of a banana
1 scoop AURA Vanilla Plant Based Protein


The other half of the banana sliced
3 TSP of Fatso Salted Caramel Peanut Butter
Sprinkle of hemp hearts and chia seeds

How To:

  1. Place oats and hot water and salt in a pot and cook on medium heat.
  2. Mash up half of the banana. Once oats are thickening add mash banana, and protein powder into the pot and mix.
  3. Add some maple syrup.
  4. Once oats are hot and ready pour into your bowl and place toppings!
