What you will need for today's Superfood Oatmeal Breakfast Smoothie
1 cup Almond, Rice, Hemp or Soy Milk
1 scoop AURA Plant Based Vanilla Protein
1 scoop AURA Faultless
1 banana (fresh or frozen)
1/3 cup organic oats (rolled or quick)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp chia seeds
A handful of ice cubes
