What you need for today's Berry Peachy Smoothie Bowl:
1/2 frozen banana⠀
1/4 C frozen raspberries ⠀
1/4 C frozen blueberries ⠀
1/2 C frozen peaches ⠀
1 TBSP unsweetened coconut flakes ⠀
1 TBSP ground flaxseed ⠀
1 TBSP chia seeds ⠀
1 TBSP almond butter ⠀
1 scoop AURA Unflavoured Plant Based Protein
1 C Silk Unsweetened Almond milk.
How To:
- Blend and top with granola, unsweetened coconut flakes, frozen blueberries, frozen raspberries, strawberries and cacao nibs.
