Black Bean Brownie Recipe

She did it again! @cleaneatsbykarl has created a healthy holiday treat to take your next family/friends holiday dinner! Or maybe all for yourself... don’t worry we won’t tell!
Today's recipe for Black Bean Brownie Recipe by you will need:
2 cans organic black beans, drained and rinsed
1 C organic quick oats
1/3 C organic coconut oil
2 TBSP powdered peanut butter
2 TBSP cacao powder
1/2 C organic maple syrup
1 TSP baking powder
A pinch of pink salt
Dairy-free chocolate chips
What to Do:
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Blend everything together except the chip. Press the chips into the top. Bake in a parchment-lined baking dish for 16 – 20 minutes.
- Check with a toothpick at 16 and if it comes out clean, you're good to go! Allow cooling before slicing. "They keep great in the fridge but I highly recommend warming them up!”
