Raspberry Chia Pudding Recipe - AURA Nutrition

AURA rasberry smoothie

Ingredients (for 2)

1 C raspberries fresh or frozen
1 C milk (plant or dairy)
1 TBSP honey or pure maple syrup
1 TSP pure vanilla extract
1 lemon juiced
2 TBSP greek yogurt (or plant based alternative)
3 TBSP chia seeds 

Topping ideas if making a little more decadent (add the next day or after pudding has chilled for 2 hours):

2 TBSP Almond butter
2 TBSP raspberry jam
Fresh raspberries
Melted dark chocolate

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, blend all ingredients except for chia seeds until smooth.
  2. Add in chai seeds and stir.
  3. Divide into 2 containers and chill overnight.
  4. Add your favourite toppings. We suggest the AURA™ Whole Fruit Raspberries.
