Ingredients (for 2)
1 C raspberries fresh or frozen
1 C milk (plant or dairy)
1 TBSP honey or pure maple syrup
1 TSP pure vanilla extract
1 lemon juiced
2 TBSP greek yogurt (or plant based alternative)
3 TBSP chia seeds
1 C milk (plant or dairy)
1 TBSP honey or pure maple syrup

Topping ideas if making a little more decadent (add the next day or after pudding has chilled for 2 hours):
2 TBSP Almond butter
2 TBSP raspberry jam
Fresh raspberries
Melted dark chocolate
Instructions
- In a food processor, blend all ingredients except for chia seeds until smooth.
- Add in chai seeds and stir.
- Divide into 2 containers and chill overnight.
- Add your favourite toppings. We suggest the AURA™ Whole Fruit Raspberries.
